How to stop Negative thoughts from getting you down.

Everyone feelings down. But what are you going to do about it. Are you going to sit and let the world pass you by. Trust me I have been there and life is hard. We have made that part. Now it is time to each out and fight for something better. Let's keep pushing. Here are tips to assist you redirect your thoughts. 

1. Listen to up beat music
2. Exercise 
3. Talk to a good friend that is funny.
4. Watch a funny or great movie. 
5.Write down the things that have been great in your live. 
6. Start working on your dreams.
