Lady Gaga

The pop icon may be able to play Jakarta after all. After officials refused to give the performer a permit for her racy show, police are now saying they will consider allowing her to do a toned-down version of the concert. The terms include agreeing to tamer outfits and dance movies, and even changing some of the superstar's lyrics

B is back!

Sasha Fierce is back on top!
In Atlantic City on Friday, Beyonce took the stage in a skin-baring ensemble at Revel Beach's Ovation Hall for her first concert since 2011. Her debut performance is the first of four shows this Memorial Day Weekend.
By the looks of her bod, it's hard to believe that just five months has passed since the songstress, 30, gave birth to daughter Blue Ivy -- her first child with husband Jay-Z.

Last month, Beyonce showed off her svelte post-baby body in a sexy black swimsuit when she hit up St. Bart's. Her trainer Marco Borges tells Us Weekly, "We do cardio and plyometric moves like lunges and jumps on and off a bench."

To boost her slim down, the 5-foot-9 diva is also breast feeding and avoids processed fare, sticking to whole foods like vegetables and grilled meats. "You don't have to eat only celery sticks," Borges advises. "Be sensible and exercise constantly.

While we applaud the Grammy winner's willingness to showcase her curves, we can't support her desire to dress like a villainous professional wrestler. (5/23/2012)

K and Scott to wed in Mexico

kourtscott1_wide.jpg
Their relationship hasn’t exactly been the stuff that fairy tales are made of. But when Kourtney Kardashian finally — and shockingly — decided to tie the knot with her bad-boy baby daddy, Scott Disick, she chose a locale nearly romantic enough to erase the heartache he’s caused her over the years. “Kourtney has always loved Mexico,” explains a friend of the soon-to-be mother of two. While her rep denies the story, In Touch has learned she has selected Casa Aramara — the stunning estate on the outskirts of Puerta Vallarta, owned by Kardashian pal Joe Francis — as the venue for her wedding to Scott. “Her family has been friends with Joe or so long,” the friend adds. “Kourtney has always considered Joe’s home a place where she can really relax.”

Of course, Kourtney’s reasons for marrying Scott, 28, aren’t entirely romantic. “They signed a $1 million deal with E! to get married on TV,” reveals an insider, who adds that the couple will be announcing their engagement “in an orchestrated, well-publicized manner” to ensure they get as many viewers as possible. Both ambitious, the pair is excited to be raking in this type of money — and that’s doing a lot to alleviate the stress between them.

Kourtney also has gotten Scott to agree to a set of behavioral rules, which, if broken, could end the engagement. “He needs to prove he’s really gotten his act together after the baby’s born,” a source shares. “If he does, then she’ll give him that big, televised wedding."

Drew and wedding bells

drewwed1_wide.jpg
She’s not usually the traditional type, so perhaps it’s no surprise that Drew Barrymore is planning her wedding at the same time she’s getting ready for the birth of her first baby. But a source close to the star tells In Touch that the 37-year-old actress and her 34-year-old fiancé, Will Kopelman, aren’t exactly seeing eye-to-eye on the details: “Will likes to throw parties,” the source explains, “so he wants a huge celebration, whereas Drew would rather host a quiet ceremony on her gorgeous estate in Montecito, Calif.”

It’s no wonder that Drew wants to keep things low-key: After all, this isn’t exactly her first trip down the aisle — she was married to bar owner Jeremy Thomas for two months in 1994, and her 2001 union with actor Tom Green was similarly ill-fated. But the source reveals that Drew has convinced Will to go along with her plan for a close-friends-and-family-only celebration in late May by agreeing that they’ll follow it with a blow-out after the birth of their child. “Drew told Will that he can plan the party of all parties once she’s not pregnant anymore, so that she’ll be able to enjoy it, too!”

The ability to compromise is much-needed in any marriage, so this bargain seems like a good sign: Perhaps when it comes to matrimony, Drew will find that the third time is the charm!

Angelina Wedding Dress: What you think

SIMPLE & SEXY

Appropriate for a mother of six, yet still sultry, this Temperley "Arianna" gown would flatter Angelina's slim figure and appeal to her fashion fixation with elegant simplicity.

ONE-SHOULDER STUNNER

Asymmetrical is the name of the style game for Angie, so no one would be surprised if she decided to walk down the aisle baring an arm in this slinky Nicole Miller creation.

Beyoncé Does Her Own Makeup – and Cuts Her Own Hair

Beyoncé Does Her Own Makeup – and Cuts Her Own Hair

Beyoncé remembers first trying makeup when she was 6 years old.

"I was playing in my mother's makeup," she tells PEOPLE. "I had blue eye shadow and red lips, and I put crazy blush on. I looked like a clown, but I thought I was so beautiful."

Her routine has come a long way since then – the singer often does her own makeup for appearances – but her love for the basics remains.

Asked what she wears to look awake after sleepless nights
spent with baby Blue, she replies, "Lip gloss – I love L'Oréal's Infallible 8 HR Le Gloss in Coral Sands – and a little bit of blush."
Growing up around her mom Tina Knowles's salon, Beyoncé learned a lot about beauty. "I like to experiment [with my hair]," she says. "I love playing around with highlights or bleaching the tips. I can cut and style my own hair."

In fact, she recently gave herself a trim, cutting two inches off her ends. "I just parted it in the middle and chh-chh-chh," she reveals.

But it's inner beauty that she values most – and she hopes her daughter will learn to do the same. "My biggest thing is to teach [Blue] not to focus on the aesthetic," she says. "It's really about who you are, and the human being, that makes you beautiful."

The Secret of Old Mascara

Still, being a superstar means having to focus on the physical. When asked if she's comfortable leaving the house without makeup, Beyoncé says, "Every day in my life is a part of my history, and I've worked really hard on my career and my life. So I make sure I wouldn't be upset if somebody saw me."

That means her standard lip gloss and blush, plus moisturizer – "I don't have to spend that much time on my skin," she admits – and sometimes, mascara.
"I'm pretty good at throwing out the expired stuff, but I hold on to my mascara for a long time," she says. "I actually prefer old mascara. It makes your lashes thicker and longer."

But regardless of who's seeing her and where, the star is feeling better than ever. "I have embraced my flaws," she says. "And I feel more confident."
