Woman sells virginity for $800K

TAMPA (FOX 13) - - The bidding is over for a woman's virginity. It sold for $801,000.

Elizabeth Raine, 28, isn't saying who it is. Her steamy auction has been the talk of social media over the past few days.

Since it's illegal to pay for sex here in the U.S., she plans to meet the winning bidder out of the country.

She reserves the right to back out of the deal if she feels unsafe. Earlier this week, she told FOX 13 that people shouldn't judge her for doing this.

"It's just really important to respect other people's decisions even if you can't understand them," she said.

"I really just saw it as a unique financial opportunity I wanted to take. It wasn't out of desperation," Raine insisted.
