Both R. Kelly and the girl in question claimed it was not them in the video and prosecutors were unable to disprove them.

She was detained after she didn’t followed her probation conditions after a trial in which she was accused for driving under the influence. The artist refused to do community work and to enroll in a rehab program

Kiefer Sutherland is another name of our list of celebrities that spent time in jail. He was arrested in 2007, for 48 days, after he was accused of driving under the influence, but also for probation violation.
