Deion Sanders Lawsuit: Wife Suing for $200 Million
The Dallas Morning News has said that Pilar Sanders has commenced two lawsuits to claim damages for an alleged assault, as well as damages for "libelous and slanderous comments posted online."
However, lawyers for Pilar have said that her latest lawsuit is completely unrelated to her ongoing divorce from Deion.
The court filings by Pilar claim that Deion and others, including Sanders' daughter, should compensate her for emotional and physical abuse, as well as public humiliation and mental distress.
Pilar specifically lists tweets by Deion and his daughter in the lawsuit, according to the Dallas Morning News. The tweets in question include his daughter reportedly saying that Pilar was "the number one gold digger of the year."
One of the lawsuits describes an alleged February assault in the former couple's Prosper, Texas home. In February, Deion confirmed on Twitter an altercation between his female acquaintance and Pilar.
WOW.... I KNEW DION WOULD GET TIRED OF PILAR BULL-sh$t. SHE WAS JUST SO FAKE AND REALLY OUT FOR WHAT SHE CAN GET.
ReplyDeleteMoney grubbing whore! If the shoe fits, you know it must be bad, if her daughter thinks it. That doesn't mean that you have to live up to the standard. Take it for what it is worth and make the changes not to be one.
ReplyDeleteWow, such language! We don't know what went on in their home. It is easy to sit in the judge's seat. I am just saddened every time I hear of a marriage ending, especially with young children. They are the ones who will suffer the most. But, no one seems to think or care about that.
DeleteWhat makes you think Deon's daughter's Mother is Pilar? Deon has had plenty of years to go thru women.
DeleteIt's been awhile since I last saw Deion and Pilar on TBN (Trinity Broadcast Network, and they professed to be christians. If there were any infidelities, then yes divorce. If not, then just live separetly and forgive one another, and stop all of this foolishness. I'm sure Pilar had her own finances before marrying Deion. I don't think he should have to compensate her just because he played in the NBA...that should be voluntary (on his part), and she shouldn't feel that he is obligated to do so...he went out and did all of the work on the field. Pilar, stand up and be a strong woman, and quit whinning with your hand out!
ReplyDeleteHe played for the NFL, not the NBA!You should really get your facts right before talking and making yourself look like a fool.
