One month after selling her sprawling Beverly Hills mansion for a whopping $38 million, sources confirm to Us Weekly that the 42-year-old Horrible Bosses actress and Theroux, 40, are currently renting a two-bedroom home in Hollywood.

"One bedroom is the master and the other is currently furnished as a guest room," an Aniston insider tells Us. "It is a really romantic house with great views and a warm feeling in every room. If they decide they like it, it's also for sale."

According to X17, the home features hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, a converted garage that has been turned into a family room, a pool and a hidden garden. "They're really excited about it," the insider tells the new issue of Us Weekly (out now).

The move certainly makes sense, given the couple's strong desire to start a family. "He'd make an excellent father," a Theroux source tells Us. "Since he's a screenwriter, he could work from home and take care of a kid."
