Eva Marcille May Have Issued A Restraining Order Against Kevin McCall, But She Refuses To Stay Away

Things may look amazing from the outside, but you never know the pain and violence that goes on behind closed doors.
It’s being reported that model and actress, Eva Marcille had to take out a restraining order on the father of her child, Kevin McCall recently. TMZ reported that Marcille took out the order after McCall kicked down several doors in her home and snatched their two-month-old baby, Marley from her arms, threatening to punch her. It’s also being reported that McCall chased Marcille around the house.

McCall has recently denied any allegations via Twitter, saying:

It seems Eva was denying the incident as well, a short four days after she had the restraining order placed on him, she was all smiles on Instagram with him and their daughter, with the hashtag #FamilyFirst. That’s certainly not the 100 ft. of space the restraining order required between the two torn lovers.
We’ve seen this behavior before. A restraining order is only a piece of paper and can’t truly keep people away from one another, especially when the one who asked for the order chooses to invite the aggressor back into their lives as if the incident that made them want the order in the first place never happened
