The more than 4,000 runners reportedly raised more than $150,000. "Such a great day today. I love helping make a difference," tweeted Paris after her run.

Having a good time at a Los Angeles Lakers game Thursday were David Beckham and his 8-year-old son Romeo, who saw the home team defeat the Dallas Mavericks 110-82. When making an appearance on "Jimmy Kimmel Live" that night, David revealed that Romeo wants to call his baby sister, who is due this summer, "Justine Bieber Beckham."

Showing off her svelte post-baby bod, Penelope Cruz was honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame Friday in Los Angeles. Her "Pirates of the Caribbean" co-star, Johnny Depp, was on hand to help Cruz celebrate, as was her hubby, Javier Bardem.
